I have been teaching German as a foreign language since 1999 and always attend new courses or read new books about pedagogy and didactics.
My lessons are flexible and individual. I teach children, teenagers and adult women, either individually or in small groups. With children, I structure the lessons in a more playful way, depending on their age and the topics they are interested in.
First, I'll ask you how quickly you can learn, whether you're preparing for a specific exam, for example Telc or Goethe or DTZ, how much time you have, whether you're taking other courses, or go to school or university,whether you want to specifically improve speaking or listening or grammar or something else. We may also do a placement test first. Then we'll create a flexible learning plan for you.
I motivate you to speak German and not to be afraid of making mistakes. I give you regular homework, tests and revisions, correct everything and explain to you what you can do better. I give you the opportunity to speak a lot of German during the lesson.
To prepare for the exams, we systematically solve many practice exams and, if necessary, explain and practice the topics that you can do better.
I have already accompanied several students to Telc or DTZ exams with success ,and I can also prepare you very well for Goethe exams.
Even students, who have been in Germany for less than two years, and have regularly studied DaZ with me for their school certificate, have achieved very good or good marks at school.
Of course, like any serious teacher, I can't guarantee anything. But we can achieve a lot together, if you are seriously interested.
