About M Rifqi
Hi! just call me Rifqi, I am an organizational activist. I am very used to things being well managed and organized. It started from my curiosity when I joined the Intra-School Student organization when I was in SMA/SMK/MA, this curiosity led me to become the Chair of the Student Council and Chief Executive of several activities.
Departing from the ideas and ideas presented I had when I was in school, when I was in college, various organizations attracted me from the Student Association, Faculty BEM, University BEM to National-scale Student Associations, often I had to oversee a project and become the Chief Executive of Activities.
[ N] What interests me in organizing is how I can achieve the organization's goals by being shrouded in several unexpected factors that must be handled, such as shortage of human resources, lack of funds, lack of member participation etc. So provisions such as conflict management, risk management and organizational management are needed to solve problems in the future, not only to solve problems but also to be more visionary in bringing good changes to the organization.

The teaching method that I will give is a discussion learning method because the interaction between tutors and discussion partners is very important.
In addition, this discussion learning method will also deepen the discussion during the learning process, so it is hoped that discussion partners can truly understand the roots, intentions and causes of a problem.
Basic basics in management and organization This is very important because we should be able to manage ourselves and organize the activities that we carry out every day. The ones I will assist in this consultation include:

4. Organization.
5. Realizing the Ideal Organization.
6. Suggestions and proposals related to work programs or equipment for activities in an event (Speakers, Presenters, Hosts, etc.)
7. Leadership Model & Style in an Organization.
8. Creating a Superior Organization.

So from the above, I will share the percentage of my discussion learning model, namely:

2. Discussion 65%
