About Anita
I am an experienced Parenting Coach with five years’ professional experience supporting parents, alongside ten years’ experience as a soft-skills trainer. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching, with qualifications in Child Psychology, Special Needs Assistance and Train the Trainer, as well as specialist training in mindfulness and trauma-based behavior.
I am also a mother of four, bringing both professional expertise and real-life understanding to my work.
I am passionate about empowering parents to develop greater understanding, confidence and self-belief. I believe that when parents feel more regulated, confident and empowered, they are better equipped to create positive change and stronger relationships within their families.

Parenting coaching provides a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore what is happening in your family and what you would like to change.
My approach is practical, empowering and solution-focused. Together, we explore what may be happening beneath behaviour and identify strategies that support emotional regulation, communication, boundaries and stronger family relationships.
I believe in win-win outcomes for parents and children. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Our sessions focus on developing your understanding, confidence and self-belief so that you feel empowered to make choices that work for you and your family.
The goal is positive, sustainable change, progress over perfection and collaboration over compliance.
