About Ella

I have a Master's degree in Economics, focusing on Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Mediation. I love yoga and helping women during pregnancy and birth. Since 2017, I've been teaching yoga independently, organizing retreats in the beautiful Alps. I specialize in pregnancy yoga. My own two natural childbirth experiences, using breathing techniques, inspired me to help other women have positive and empowering births.

The pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help pregnant women feel their best during this special time in their lives and be prepared for a positive natural birth experience. The classes last for 45 minutes and include a variety of activities, such as: * Pregnancy adequate breathing exercises: These exercises help to improve lung capacity and prepare for labor. * Asanas: These are gentle yoga poses that help to strengthen and stretch the body. * Meditation: This helps to relax the mind and body. Visualizations and affirmations: These help to create a positive mindset for pregnancy and birth. * Yin and Yang Yoga: This is a balance of gentle and restorative poses that help to promote relaxation and stress reduction. The classes are individually designed for the needs of each pregnant woman. Benefits of Pregnancy Yoga There are many benefits to practicing pregnancy yoga, including: - Improved sleep - Reduced stress and anxiety - Increased flexibility and strength - Relief from back pain and other common pregnancy discomforts - Preparation for labor and delivery Who Should Take Pregnancy Yoga Pregnancy yoga is safe for most pregnant women. However, it is important to talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program. If you have any high-risk factors, such as preeclampsia or gestational diabetes, your doctor may recommend a modified prenatal yoga program. Additional Tips - Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. - Prepare a water bottle and a mat. - Listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard. - Modify poses as needed.
