I am girl who loves mountains and tracking. And for me my physical health is my priority. Skipping keeps me in shape and helps me uplift my stamina. Skipping has made me find a way to always push my limits.

About the lesson

I have loved skipping since the time I started doing it. It's not that you can be a perfectionist at the start but baby steps always help. It's a skill and a life style to make your living healthy and long. Skipping release happy harmones in your body and makes you energetic throughout the day.
