About Aimee
I am an experienced tutor studying my undergraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh. I am passionate about the subjects I tutor in and want my pupils to gain a great enjoyment and understanding of these subjects as this is key to achieving great grades. As well as achieving A's in my exams I have completed Spanish speaking exchanges during my time at school allowing me to learn more about the language and culture which I can pass on to my pupils. In Spanish sometimes it can be difficult to learn the different tenses and vocabulary that are key to you achieving a great grade. With individual support I can encourage my pupils to excel in these areas and improve their spoken Spanish.

I already have experience in tutoring online throughout university therefore I understand that a personalised approach to learning is the best. Just reading notes is not enough for some people. I go into my lessons well prepared with exam practice questions ready to test the student (with my guidance to ensure that they are doing the questions correctly) as I find that this is the best way to ensure that students remember information from their course but if this is not appropriate, due to my own experience in these subjects, I am equipped to cater to the student as necessary. I would like to offer tutoring for students studying at GCSE or National 5 level in Spanish. My time at the University of Edinburgh and my own studies well equips me for this role. A typical lesson time would be one hour however, I also offer 45 minutes and a longer time if necessary.
