About Ikhaa
Hi! I’m Ikhaa, a friendly and hardworking MBBS student currently studying at MSU, Shah Alam. I’ve always loved helping others learn, and tutoring has become a meaningful way for me to share what I know — especially in English, Malay, Science, and core school subjects. I’ve worked with both primary and secondary school students (ages 7–17), and I’m passionate about helping them build confidence and improve their results. As a student myself, I understand how challenging studying can be, so I make my lessons clear, patient, and tailored to each student’s pace. I’m currently looking for tutoring opportunities as a part-time side income to support my studies and daily expenses. My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching
My tutoring style is friendly, structured, and focused on helping students truly understand what they’re learning — not just memorizing facts. I adapt my methods to suit each student’s needs, using a mix of step-by-step explanations, simple examples, and regular practice exercises to build confidence and consistency.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the subject and the student’s focus. I incorporate visuals, worksheets, and active recall techniques to keep the lessons engaging — especially for younger learners.
I have experience teaching both primary and secondary school students, ranging from ages 7 to 17, in subjects such as English, Malay, Science, and core academic areas. My background includes volunteering, private tutoring (both online and in-person), and working as a kindergarten teacher, where I developed strong communication and patience when working with children.
As a 4.00 CGPA matriculation graduate and a current MBBS student at MSU, I bring a strong academic foundation and a passion for teaching to every session. Whether your child needs help catching up or pushing ahead, I aim to make learning supportive, enjoyable, and effective.
