About Rhian
Rhian is an accomplished and experienced vocalist and pianist. She is just about to graduate from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a Masters in Musical Theatre. She previously trained at Edinburgh Napier University gaining a first class degree in Music, where she specialised in vocal performance and teaching. She is able to transfer her training in classical singing into musical theatre, pop and jazz styles and has incredible control over her vocals as well as a three octave range. Her ability to sing and perform in a number of styles makes her a versatile and sought after artist.
Rhian's career so far has led her to perform not only in hundreds of venues across the UK, as both a solo, duo and as part of a function band, but also around the world as a piano vocalist working with prestigious cruise lines such as Oceania and P&O. As well as her career as a professional performer Rhian is also a music teacher with Estill voice training, teaching many private pupils a week in voice and piano. She is also a Musical Director and has worked on several successful productions such as "American Idiot" in the Edinburgh Kings Theatre and Matilda Junior at The Brunton Theatre.
Rhian had years of teaching experience in both one-to-one and group formats. She has taught musical theatre classes to kids of all ages for many years as well as delivering music and drama workshops in nursery's across Edinburgh.

My approach to teaching is unique and extremely adaptable to whatever stage you are at. I have extensive experience teaching all age groups and create bespoke lessons to ensure that you not only get the best value for money, but get the most out of the material we cover. We will focus on uncovering who you are as an individual and in turn, what we can do to help you become the type of performer you want to be.

Rhian is a brilliant vocal teacher, she is so patient and puts the kids at ease.
My daughter has been taking singing lessons and her confidence grows all the time. She has just completed 2 ABRSM musical theatre exams which she received fantastic results due to the training given. Definitely Recommend!!!
