Initiate conversation and promote interaction. I do not allow my pupils to in the classroom without interaction. As teacher/tutor, I give space for my pupils to grow with confidence.
Applying the learning by doing. As teacher/tutor, I never let my pupils go home in emptiness. I always assure that my pupils go with learning that can be apply in their daily activities which is necessary for everyday living
Lastly, I basically hone the reading and comprehension skills of every pupil which is the very basic in all education other than values.
