About Walter

Hello, and thank you for looking at my profile. As a tutor, I am like a personal trainer. We do high-value, high-efficiency work during our session, and then I assign a mental workout program for the days in between sessions.

I Will Teach You:

How the question-makers create the test, and how to use that against them.

How to read each section for maximum effectiveness.

How to beat each section under time.

How best to study with a busy schedule.

About Me:

I've been a full-time private tutor for 10+ years.

I've a scored a 36 on the ACT, and I score in the top 0.25% on both the SAT and ACT.

I've refined my system with hundreds of students through the process

I can both customize and optimize my system for you.

My latest book has 40+ FIVE STAR Reviews on Amazon!

I typically meet with my clients once a week for a two-hour session, and then give released tests to practice on during the week. Students can expect to self-study about an hour and a quarter for four days a week between sessions. I provide all materials and only use released tests as homework.

Thank you again for looking at my profile.

Best, -WT

I enjoy being a link in the larger success chain of my students. My favorite emails are the ones from my students who get into their reach schools.

I got my start in tutoring volunteering at an inner-city alternative school for troubled youth in the ethnic ghettos of south Dallas. I graduated Cum Laude with a double-bachelor's in Sociology and History from the University of Texas at Dallas where he specialized in epistemology, or the "study of how we know what we know." He can now score the perfect 2,400 on the SAT, and has created numerous study aides including a set of over 1,500 custom flashcards.

I volunteered for two years in inner-city schools specifically tutoring in math and English to marginalized students, ultimately tutoring hundreds.

I can get a 36 on the ACT and I consistently score in the top 1% of the SAT

I almost exclusively tutor the ACT/SAT now, making me very fluent in the test and how to guide your son or daughter through it.

All types.

Check to see if you're a good fit.

I once wrote three books in two years.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

1) What is your current score (assuming you've taken a practice test)?

2) What is your target school or score?
