About Marisa
Schoolwork can be overwhelming and tough. My strategy is to help students complete their work in a fun and motivational way that makes doing homework and studying for test more engjoyable and approachable!
There is nothing more exciting than watching a student flourish and reach that ah-ha moment when everything clicks for them. Being able to guide a student to reach all of their goals is something I strive to do each and every session.
I am currently a rising junior at Saint Joseph's University double majoring in Secondary Education and Mathematics. I have a tur passion for teaching students all levels of math.
I have been tutoring for many years now. I currently tutor at Mathnasium in Mullica Hill. I have worked with student of various ages, grades, and needs.

Getting to know a new student is always extremely exciting for me! I love learning about student's interest in able to provide a more entertaining tutoring session.
All ages ranging from students in 1st grade all the way up to individuals studying to receive their GED.
Math is one of the most difficult subjects to grasp. It doesn't always click for everyone right away. Receiving tutoring lessons is something that can open your eyes to a new side of mathematics. Tutoring provides one-on-one instruction to find what works for you!
