I train and coach individuals and groups particularly on the skills of Communication, Influence, Relationship Building and Public Speaking. I am an international speaker myself and have been speaking at international conferences for nearly 20 years. I feature regularly in professional webinars. I am also a podcaster. I hold a Master's degree in Strategic Management, two professional qualifications and I studied Communication and Influence at Cambridge University I love to see the potential of people come to full fruition. Using the latest psychology, neuroscience, NLP and social skills acquired from years of experience, continuous life-learning and studying with some of the top institutions and international teachers. I have helped many people overcome social stress and anxiety, a lack of social skills, fear of public speaking, and the imposter syndrome that stops people shine. I have a wealth of experience teaching, tutoring and coaching students at Undergraduate, school level, as well as young and seasoned professionals.

Communication, influence and relationship building are an art and a science combined. I teach the key concepts to ensure intellectual understanding, balance the left brain teaching with storytelling, personal archetype assessment and engagement for right brain activation, and I reinforce these with practical experiential exercises to cement the learning and support the new behaviours with feedback, coaching and pragmatic tips. Topics cover communication, influence, impact, confidence, presence, clarity, emotional intelligence, cultural agility, behavioural flexibility, overcoming social awkwardness, interviewing skills, negotiation skills, conflict resolution and public speaking and relationship building for improved relationships at school, university and work including job interviews, pitches and presentations, as well as in personal life. Topics also include digital communication, communication management and international relations. Lessons can be either 60 or 90 minutes. Delivered online, and possibly in person if you are London based. Suitable for levels from teenage students to seasoned professionals and leaders. Tailored to suit personal needs.
