About Ian

Welcome to my profile!

First things first. My name is Ian Adams and I played Division 3 baseball at top 25 nationally ranked Washington College before transferring and finishing my career at St. Mary's College of MD. I am a .300 career hitter, batted lead off, and played Left Field and Center Field for roughly 14 years of my baseball career.

Some notable baseball achievements include 4A MD State Champion 2019, AA County stolen base leader in 2018 and 2019, 2x 2nd Team-All County, Selected to play for Team Maryland Baseball, selected for 2019 Brooks Robinson All-Star Game (Top 30 players in MD), career .300 hitter in college, 2nd Team All-Region in 2021.

Some notable academic achievements include a 3.7 overall GPA through 4 years of Counseling Psychology, 5x Deans List, and published podcast at Washington College.

Thus, my plan in life is to stick around sports and obtain a M.S in Sports Psychology. I am enthusiastic about helping and educating children and young adults about the mental and physical part of the game. Therefore, my business is completely individualistic to the child or young adult. Practice plans will be individualized, some days will be more mental practice, some more physical. Everything is tailored to you! I am passionate to give back to baseball what the game did for me.

Thank you,

Ian

B.S in Counseling Psychology, M.S Clinical Mental Health Counseling candidate, and 6+ years of coaching baseball and being a team captain.
