About Ronald
We emphasize in training kids on becoming high level shooters. Based off of pure fundamentals of the game, workouts are set up to level up off of the fundamentals learned to turn the athlete into a high level basketball player. From shooting, to ball handling along with strength and conditioning exercises that can be completed at home.
In high school, I started training my younger cousins in becoming better basketball players. It went from there, while I was playing college and professional basketball I would send various workouts to friends, as well as family members.

Having an intial workout session to assess the athlete's skill level by completing simple fundamental drills.
I've worked with youth league athletes, as well as high school, college, and professional athletes.
Check with the trainer's experience and see who they've worked with. That's important just because so many people want to train but have no plan.
An AAU tournament where I trained 3 athletes before their tournament and the mornings of their games. We polished up some of their shooting techniques and in turn they had great shooting performances as well as overall games.
