About Ian
LAKO BOXING offers private one on ones in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and self defense. In addition we offer group x classes in boxing, kickboxing and bootcamp. Our instructors are well versed in many areas of the fight world and able to work with all levels from beginners to advanced. All have certifications and either currently or in the past have fought either as amateurs or pros. You can read more about on (concealed information) We also are on YELP
I started in the fitness industry originally as a spinning instructor and personal trainer of 25 years ago
All our trainers are certified, have cpr and aed certifications. May of them also have backgrounds in injuries. All our trainers are either current or ex amateur or professional fighters in such sports as MMA, Kickboxing, muay thai and boxing

I meet first with every prospective client to discuss their goals and needs. We then review the trainers that we feel might be the idea fit for them. The client always has the right to switch instructors at LAKO BOXING for any reason or...even use 2 trainers on our staff for the same package if they like a little more variety
We work with all levels from beginners to advanced
Look up a trainers or the gyms that have at least 20 -25 reviews on various social platforms such as YELP. If the majority are good you probably will enjoy working out there
Also at any facility where you might decide to train there should be 1-2 reliable contacts that will facilitate whatever the member might need
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Their specific goals/the days and times that work best for them/whether they want half hour or one hour private sessions/if spot is convienent for them to workout at/reputation of the gym
