About Kiesha
My focus is growth and learning. Diving deeper as an artist and human while staying engaged using mediums of art for a creative outlet. Open to all ages and abilities with a beginning focus on mental health advocacy and community work. Wellness is health.
I love working with kids and adults alike. I offer my own dance fitness format for kids called The GymJam a high energy mobility and stretch focus class to incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility with a mindfulness cool down at the end.
I continuously take training and classes while still dancing in two local dance companies.
Working on associates for concentration in dance therapy.
I have free open African movement classes on Mondays at 6pm under Charlotte Ballet. Feel free to message for more info
