About Rita
You will have results that you can take with you immediately and for every day and use tools custom designed just for that individual. It is a challenge today to feel connected at a personal level. In other words, my focus on the individual person is for you to feel that you will have a time infused moment of distinct information just for yourself. I've been teaching healing modalities for over 20 years, helping people awaken to what you long to know about yourself and to open your curiosity to the why's and how you/we are here. Resolving on-going long time painful or negative feelings that really don't get you to the outcome you were longing for is what we focus on and with effort, resolve.

While I'm teaching and informing I too am learning with each new experience. If one person is excited about their time well spent with me then that keeps me growing in my field of knowledge. Originally I started teaching/working with kinesiology, I have a Masters in NLP, and have an M.ed. and hundreds of hours in workshops with very highly evolved teachers where I keep honing in on how we awaken. Also, with an assortment of healing modalities of many different levels, a client will find the perfect tool to start their feel better path. And I still find working on the phone or Skype/zoom to be as effective as if you were sitting in my office. After all, we are all energy, connected at every level.
Over 20 years ago I began teaching basic breath work, meditation, kinesiology and how your chakra system operates. As I became more and more aware of energy and expanded my knowledge of healing modalities I incorporated them into my sessions.
The body of learning that I hold is a Masters in Education, counseling, Masters in NLP, a certificate in kinesiology, International group tours with healing teachers for sacred sites, and I myself have worked with many Masters in the Healing areas of Metaphysical Healing, Ancient Mystery Schools and countless hours of guiding people in meditation and teaching how to locate areas of the body to heal.

I suggest that a potential client call and leave me the best time to call them back. I get back to a message within 48 hours. I spend about 10 minutes asking the person for a little information to see if we are a nice fit. If what I know in my work will benefit them in the area of their needs we can discuss a schedule if we know we are going to move forward in the work together. What my clients really love is working on the phone, in the comfort of their own space. Or depending on the situation we can skype/zoom. Everyone loves p.js and coffee.
There is no one who would not benefit from this work. Though I must say that a person who is curious about this type of work would find it more in alignment with their needs. A person who is looking for more alternative healing which typically moves much faster than traditional work would love the speed and new world adjustments to their own progress.
I offer a view into our new world being created right now in this moment. Any person seeking how they can move forward into these new frequencies, with new tools to keep them focused on how to self-soothe, self-love, self-awareness and out of any feeling that makes them feel less than... I would say you have come to the correct place at this moment in time.
When I am searching for like-minded people or groups there is nothing more exciting to me than spending learning time in this environment. Every chance I can create to find a higher conscious experience I seek it out. When I am at my highest vibration I know that I am in my greatest state of being to be in service to anyone and the planet.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do I say to someone who wants me to do something and I don't know how to answer and I don't want to do that thing?
I am always feeling bad about myself when someone doesn't like my input about a topic we're discussing.
Everyone thinks that I stupid.
I never get the job I want.
No one understands me and people are so inconsiderate and rude. They never think of anyone but themselves.
I would have a person run through a list of beliefs they have in general that most likely holds pre-conceived judgments and write them down. From there ask questions regarding why you might be believing these feelings and where do they come from. This would be such a great beginning, a starting point. Everyday feelings are a collective belief and a belief is what ultimately shapes your perception about your own reality.

The private one-hour session only is $175.00
Meditation (phone only) 20$ 45mins.
I always recommend a package to start to get the basic knowledge and learning in a nicely condensed time. This way when you want to move to a single hourly session you have a working knowledge of this particular body of work.
