About Heather
I have been teaching ESL and Conversational English for over 15 years, as I have traveled the world.
I also teach Writing and Reading, Speech, Pronunciation, Grammar, Creative Writing, Poetry and Songwriting.
I taught Grade 1 through 12 in West Africa as well as English Literature. I moved on to teaching ESL with adult Russians and adults from other countries and Business English online. I also have taught children in China, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Bahrain.
I can customise our time together around your personal speaking and writing goals.
I am also a Singer/Songwriter, a self published Author on Amazon and a Poet.
I can also help with translation or the Writing of Songs, Creative Writing and Poetry.
I enjoy being able to help people to communicate. Being understood is essential. It helps people to get better jobs, meet new friends and to get along better with work colleagues. It is the essence of life!

I love to break the ice by learning about a person. I listen to them speak and then I begin to accommodate their needs in an easy and understandable way.
I have worked with students all over the world from Asia to Africa and Europe. I also teach students right here in the U.S.A.
My advice would be to enjoy learning. When you have a passion to learn, nothing can stop you from getting better and it is easy!
I am always fond of any kindness from one person to another. We live in a world where we need this. Generosity and the act of giving or sharing is a wonderful characteristic and it makes the ones who give, so much more happy! Receiving is nice too!

Perfect! Heather is helping our son in his essays for an application. She has been a pleasure to work with and being very flexible to adjust and accommodate to our schedules and need. We were in a tight timeline and she worked around her other schedules to take care of our work. She also brings in a wealth of experience in creative writing and narration, which is what we specifically looked for and happy to have found her through tutors.
