About Haley
We offer private and group yoga, barre classes, and reiki sessions throughout NYC. We believe that healing should be accessible to everyone and feeling good is a right, not a privilege. Our sessions tend to be longer, more involved, and cheaper than most others offered. We love to incorporate music, laughter, aromatherapy, crystals, dancing, and fun into our sessions - exercise and being healthy should be the highlight of your day!
Haley struggled with an eating and panic disorder for 10 years. Yoga pulled her from her illnesses and allowed her a safe space to work out, reduce her anxiety, make peace with her internal demons and past trauma, and to find excitement for life. Yoga and reiki taught Haley how to live again and it has been her goal to share integrity, alignment, and serenity with everyone.
Each session is customized to you and your specific goals - we incorporate meditation, breathing techniques, and support so that you feel taken care of and empowered to live your best life.
House calls available!
We work to soothe anxiety, depression, eating disorders, high blood pressure, obesity, pregnancy, injuries, migraines, insomnia, heartbreak, cancer, and so much more! We’re here to increase strength and stability, encourage flexibility, and offer healing that works from the inside out.
We love seeing joy! Our clients often step onto their mat or lay down for reiki with so much internal turmoil - they arrive stressed, hurting, and fatigued. We love watching our students transform and grow into the best versions of themselves while having fun, laughing, dancing, and enjoying the process.

Reach and Reiki requires an initial consultation before private sessions. The consultation gives you a chance to express your personal mental and physical concerns and to go over your goals for the practice. You’ll work one on one with your practitioner to create the best schedule and treatment plan for you.
No consultation required for reiki sessions. Every reiki session includes a 15-30 minute consultation.
