Wow! Where to start! Sifu Chris taught me much about Tai Chi & Chi Gung. Matters important to my own heart & soul. He is very empathetic & engaging to people. He is a man most people who know him would be proud & honored to learn from. I know I didn't even get a small sampling of his knowledge. Give him even a small chance & you won't be disappointed with what you take away from his experience!
Ta chi for arthritis, overall health and alternative medicine. I learned a lot from Chris, he even inspired me to become an acupuncturist and Oriental medicine practitioner. With his insight I was able to have a deeper understanding of eastern philosophy and overall body mechanics, giving me better balance and overall physical strength. I highly recommend him!
