About Keith

I played at Arizona Western College(1986-88), then transferred to Liberty University(1989-1990) playing center, both guards and left tackle. I received 2nd team All-American Associated Press honors in 1990 as a center. I am passionate about teaching offensive line play. There seems to be a lot of skills specialty trainers but few OL trainers. I encourage stretching, hip flexibility, and helping players develop good feet. We will also help develop schedules for lifting and dieting as well as helping to develop good young men to help there families and in their communities. I've coached offensive line at Lynchburg Christian Academy from 2016-present. I have two sons who play college football. Trey, a Sophmore @Liberty as a TE 6'3" 240. Trevor, a freshman @ the University of Charleston as an offensive lineman, 6'3 305. Both were all-district players. I have a page on Facebook called OLinefactory.

Being a fan of the game since 4th grade I have developed a passion for the game. Having children and encouraging them in every sport they wanted to play I got the privilege to coach my boys. As they got older I was able to be a coach on their teams. Then over the years watching how other teams have taught their teams made me want to and be able to teach other kids. From soccer, to basketball, and baseball I love to get involved with teaching kids. My job has also played a major role in helping to develop young people and help them express their feelings appropriately and understand who they are have been a passion for me and my wife. We have started teaching in primary school, special education, middle and HS.

I am a Mental Health Therapist where I have served young people from the ages 5-18. Helping them to develop strategies to help them with their mental illness. From self-harm, homicidal,  depression, bi-polar, anger, and any other mental health illnesses. I have been in the mental health field for 30yrs.
