Bigger Stronger Faster stands out because we have professional experience as well as over 10 plus years of coaching and 10 plus years in playing football at a high level. I was Drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2010 to play Defensive Tackle. We Guarantee Results or your Money BACK!

This is the best trainer I've had. He breaks down every drill you do, he does the drill with you and explains it perfectly and he has alot of patience with you and he knows what is talking about there's some trainers that don't really know what they be talking about half of the time coach Jeff knows what he be talking about. Definitely choose this trainer won't be disappointed

The best thing is working with a coach/ trainer who has played at all 3 levels in football and being broke down during training so I can see the areas Im weak at.
The conditioning equipment definitely sets this training apart from anything I have ever done. This Coach is the real deal.

The coach is very knowledgeable and shows that he wants to see me make it to the next level. I can feel my strength and speed increasing because of the training and I would tell anyone who's looking to get better in sports to go see Coach Jeff.
