About Vanessa
I have 29 years in academia as an Assistant Professor of Social Work with a small liberal arts college. We provide technical and business support services for small and large human service agencies. Also provides a learning platform for community agencies and professionals.
I have a passion for helping other achieve greatness.
Teaching became a passion and I started after being introduced to the flexibility of higher education.
I have a masters in social work and a bachelor's in business management. I have spent 29 years as a behavoral health care provider and a college professor.

Identifying the student needs and assisting in anyway possible to get them to a point of being able to apply concepts.
I will work will all students. I have taught children and adults, in a nontraditional setting.

A recent event that brought me the most gratification was attending a scholarship banquet in Sumter, South Carolina. It was filled with a number of positive interactions and the music set all of our hearts to a young and vibrant beat.
