We discuss past experience very briefly so as to inform a starting place. Goals, intentions, these things.
Mostly we play but we cover some fundamentals first. Core concepts from Zen, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Boxing and Shamanism. Ad appropriate.
Then through movement finding the inner knowingness and the cat that's already there. The tiger inside.
We discuss future work to close, or ways the practitioner can self advance.
