About Mike
Mike Logan is a seasoned martial artist with over 25 years of training and teaching experience. Starting in the art of Tae Kwon Do under world champion kickboxer Jeff Smith and Olympic gold medalist Arlene Limas. Logan then began wrestling in high school and cross training in several other types of martial arts. In 2000 Logan served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and did a tour in the Iraq war in 2003. After completing his time in the service he began to train and teach martial arts again specifically getting involved in the MMA world. Logan is currently an amateur MMA fighter and successful kid/adult instructor, as well as, a Certified Personal Trainer through National Personal Training Institute. He believes that you must train the body and strengthen the mind and those concepts are what he strives to teach and pass on to others in and around the sport.
When I was 12 years old I was required to assistant teach classes while I was striving to earn my 1st Degree (Dan) Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. I loved giving back and teaching others the knowledge that was bestowed upon me. I then at age 15 started teaching full time classes.
I have a 500 Accredited Personal Training and Basic Nutrition certification through National Personal Training Institute.

Details
My price per session is in the range of 70-100 per session depending on if you get a package/multiple sessions or just do single sessions. This includes a week to a month of workouts to do on the clients on time to go along with the personal sessions we do. I also give basic nutritional advise and daily/weekly check-ins via text or phone or video messenger.
