About Anushka

Hello! My name is Anushka Desai and I am a senior at Glenelg High School. I love math and science and am pursuing a pre-med track in college. I have had much experience tutoring through my school's GlenTutors Program in which I taught elementary, middle, and high school students alike. Also, I have taken 3 AP math and 4 AP science courses and have recieved 5's on all of their respective AP exams, so I can effectively help students with AP exam preparation.

I love getting to know and working with new students, since I am a really extroverted person. I also find helping students achieve their 'ah-ha' moments to be a rewarding experience, since I know what it feels like to be stuck and how good it feels to reach a goal. I want to push students to do their best and help them get the grades they want. Ultimately, hearing their success is what I find most enjoying about tutoring.
