About Heera
I assist elementary, middle school, and high school students in their Math, English, and College Prep needs. I am currently attending Vanderbilt University majoring in Communications and Medicine, Health, and Society. In high school, I scored in the 99th percentile on both SAT and ACT and qualified as a National Merit Scholar. I would love to help students perform their best on standardized tests. I have over 4 years of teaching experience with elementary students and students with disabilities. (I also have 2 younger siblings in middle school and elementary school -- plenty of learning experience :))
My tutoring services will be engaging and structured, yet flexible according to my student's needs. Online tutoring will be via skype/zoom and I will use an online, interactive whiteboard to assure clear communication and engagement.

Once a student expresses his/her interest, we schedule a phone/email conversation to discuss the student's needs, tutoring payment, and ideal scheduling. Tutoring lessons will begin the following week.
I have worked with high school students on Standardized test prep, college essay editing, and application advice. I have also tutored high school, middle school, and elementary students in Math and English. I am also experienced in working with students with learning disabilities and ESL students.
