About Josh
The business is run and lead by one person who knows how to combine self defense and meditation into one simple but effective series of techniques and can tell the difference between the techniques used in modern day and the techniques used in ancient times and how certain ones are used to terrify and others are used to bring peace
I feel like it's a chance to better myself as well as help others in need which honestly we could use a little more of that in this world
I have felt that since I took on teaching starting with a friend who had always ran into trouble wherever they were and showed them not to let their past or their emotions take control of them but instead show them how to use it for strength and seeing how it helped him I wanted to help more people the same way
I'm self taught and have read up on all the techniques the world has known and found what works best in stressful situations like we are currently facing

I find out from them what they are facing and I show them as much as I can how to be ready for it and anything else they might face using this combined series of techniques depending on how far they wish to travel into their own pasts which is a needed step for this process as well as show them how their past can teach them things they didn't know they knew about their situations
Mostly people who were bullied growing up who want to change their luck and help keep their family from the same problem, but also people who just want to know how to keep their family and themselves safe at all times, and sometimes I get a parent who wants their kid to learn the simple life lessons that are sometimes hard to teach like not everything is easy, life happens for a reason, how not everything is their fault, and how to accept things that happen to them
I'd look for someone who either knows what you are dealing with or has been in your situation before so you know you can trust them on a deep level like when I took on people who were bullied first is because I was bullied my entire life and wanted to help people so that doesn't happen to them the way it did to me
Last week on the 23rd of July 2020, my friend that I taught called me and said he had gotten into trouble with some old problems and he used what I taught him to get him to safety and that is the first sign I needed to see to know that I really helped him figure out emotions don't make you weak but instead give you a hidden strength to use
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

He has never disappointed me in the three years he worked as a tutor for my son. His lessons are detailed based on the basic knowledge of his students when he starts with them. He has been a hard worker and was helping me since middle school.
