With new students, I typically begin with a conversation about what drew them to meditation, where they feel the most struggle in their daily life, and how a meditation practice could be worked into their daily schedule. We then create a program tailored to their needs and try the practice together. The following sessions are dedicated to practice, answering questions, and helping the practice evolve.
