About Allison
Welcome! I am a full-time artist, living and working in Marietta, Ga. My studio is located at the Artisan Resource Center in Marietta where I teach a weekly class to beginner and intermediate artists. The class is designed to help students understand and build upon the main principles of art; composition, value and color, while learning to paint more expressively. The class is tailored to each artist's individual needs. All levels are welcome.
I had been asked by several friends to teach them how to paint. Once I opened my own studio I began teaching on a regular basis.
I have been painting since childhood and teaching for several years. I am a working artist with a studio in Marietta, Ga.. I have won several awards and am represented by Robert Kent Galleries in Marietta.

I speak with the student about their level of experience and what they want from the class. I teach each individual based on their skill level.
I have worked with all ages from 6 year olds to adults 65+

We recent had an open house at the Artisan Resource Center in Marietta. We are a collection of 20+ artists and artisans.
