About Russell
I am an Air Force Veteran who has been a Fitness & Wellness Trainer for 38-years. I specialize in Sports Conditioning; Core Strength & Flexibility; Cardio Endurance; Natural Nutrition and Sports Performance Nutrition; Advanced Strength, Endurance and Perfornce Training; as well as Advanced Weight Training; Bodybuilding and Body Sculpting; and Sports Injury Rehabilitation: I am NASM and ASFA Certified. My background and qualifications: U.S. Air Force; I Specialized in Military Fitness Standards and Military Fitness Standards Qualifications & Evaluations; YMCA-USA; Personal Fitness Training & Group Fitness Instructor. Fitness Boot Camp Coordinator and Instructor. As well as Base Fitness Center Group Fitness Instructor and Indoor/Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Instructor.
The main thing I love about what I do, is helping people [Especially Athletes], acheive their Fitness and Performance Goals. So, to me it's not just a job; IT'S MY PASSION!
I started as a Fitness Instructor when I first went into the United States Air Force in 1977. And just never stopped teaching.
