About Erika
I take a couple clients a month for personal training online focused on corrective exercises and or HIIT training. I am a licensed PT assistant. I now mainly work with client's who want long term weight loss. I use a holistic approach that works on both the body and mind so you continue to be successful after the program. Quick fixes, restrictive diets, and killing yourself at the gym are not typically long-term solutions as it doesn't address the underlying issues with weight gain. Going all in and then quitting (diet or exercise) only to revert back to old habits is not really "working."
Contact me directly for more information about "Think Yourself Thin" 12 week program with a quick 15 min chat to see if I can help. (concealed information) or book your personal training for better posture and reduced pain so you can life a more active life.
🎯 REVIEWS
(concealed information)
I love watching people's confidence change and they really see what they are capable of. Teaching is very rewarding. I LOVE corrective exercises to address all the aches and pain we get from a sedentary lifestyle. I know tons of stuff that I can show you even over Zoom.
