About Sarah
I am a Human Movement Scientist, which means I take the body from the ground up and the inside out and help it become stronger and more efficient. My coaching has been streamlined over the last 20 years and I am confident I can help you as a client produce goals you didn't think were possible!
I am enthralled by the human anatomy and how it can conquer any goal. I love being able to use my gift of understanding the human body and see impactful changes occur!
I have a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science and a Minor in Nutrition, a couple of specializations, one as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and the other as a Performance Enhancement Specialist.
I have also educated the community through articles and through television broadcasts. A fun fact is that most of my clientele have been with me 5-20 years.

My process for helping a new client is to have a phone conversation, zoom, or an in person meeting. I talk to them about goals, lifestyle, the past successes, the past failures (regarding fitness and nutrition), and we fill out a goal worksheet I created together so I can help that person more extensively.
