Founded in 2010, Bethesda Fitness, located in Bethesda, Maryland, is a personal training studio owned and operated by Eric Greenberg, MD, CPT. Specializing in one-on-one personal training, Bethesda Fitness covers general fitness, weight loss, body sculpting, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and post-rehab. Dr. Greenberg's unique combination of medical knowledge and personal training skills allows him to train individuals of all ages and health conditions effectively.
