About Gang
"Seeking Tai Chi" is a dedicated Tai Chi school founded in 2014 aiming to teach and improve Tai Chi practices for people with different experiences. The founder, Dr. Gang Huang is a formal disciple of Master Yang Jun, who is the direct descendant of the creator of Yang family Tai Chi, Yang Luchan. Gang is also an authorized instructor of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association. Gang has practiced both Chen and Yang Family Tai Chi for many years and is passionate to spread this ancient practice to help people to become healthier, both physically and mentally. His students have seen improvements for insomnia, pain, joint issues, stress, imbalance, lack of strength, and memory, etc.
