I am an NPTI certified trainer with over seven years of experience. I absolutely love to exercise and I want to help you learn to love it too!

I have always been a gym rat and was looking for a career change. My friends & family encouraged me to go back to school and become certified in something I love so much.
I'm an NPTI Certified Trainer approved by the PA Department of Education.

Details
I discount based on how many times you see me each week. I charge $30 for the first session and then $25 for the rest of the sessions that week. Payment is every four weeks. It works out to:
