About Eric
Working with me is a passionate, enthusiastic life changing experience. i have the utmost regard for safety, knowledge, and SUCCESS. I strive for personal perfection in all phases of fitness, whether it involves exercise, nutrition, rest, etc. Offers frequent assessments and support to insure lasting results! I've been training for 12yrs and have a bachelors degree in physical sciences from Southren Methodist University. I am a certified fitness professional through NASM.
The main thing I enjoy about training is unbridled of my clients to succeed. Also know that I played a part in changing someone's life for the better. I enjoy working in the Dallas metro area!

Usually what happens is we set up a meeting. at this meeting we will go through an assessment workout. By this we test strength, flexibility, and cardio capacity. This will give us a baseline to devise a master plan for fitness success.
