Hello, My name Is Rhonda I have been a persoanl trainer for over 30 years .I am committed and dedicated to helping people be the best version of themselves. I am a Nationally certified Personal Trainer, TRx ,and functional ageing certified specialist ,as well as a nutritional coaching.If you go to my website.... I focus on mind/body connection, and teach you the correct form to accomplish your goals,and make sure your physical limitations,or any health issues are addressed.
I enjoy seeing my clients, happy about themselves ,and the hard work they have put into their training. If you have the desire to change your life, I am the coach that will help you get there . I am passionate about this ever changing vast information, that can be very confusing to many people about dont eat this/eat that..... the questions about how to get started are only a phone call away.
I started teaching in the 80's to get myself in shape,fell in love with working out and 30 years later i'm still at it

My process with working with a new client is to do a health history questionaire, discuss their goals, expectations , and answer any questions they may have, and then do an evaluation on their form
I enjoy working with all students from young to old my youngest is 14 and my oldest is 90 ,andstill going strong!
My advise when looking for a trainer is Knowledge in the field, and how that trainer takes care of themselves is a reflexion of them living a healthy lifestyle, they must always be mindful of your form ,and ensure a safe and effective workout.
I have competed in both Bodybuilding and figure competitons, which i am very proud of during my career.
