About Carla
I just helped one of my best friends loose over 80 pounds. She has struggled with her weight for years. Together, we've helped her realize that it's not just about food. It's a whole attitude and lifestyle changes. She's so much stronger, healthier, fitter and happier on this journey than she has been in years.
Covid-19 has required me to get creative in how I can work with clients so I do a lot more telephone support and training.
I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I finally lost 120 pounds and have kept it off for years, It's not easy. If it were, we'd all be thin. I eventually became a personal trainer so I could help others have the success I've had. As a personal trainer, one of my greatest joys is watching clients morph into the person they want to be.
NASM Certified. I've been a personal trainer since 2008. During my NASM certification process I was mentored by some of the finest and most professional personal trainers in the country.
