About Ronald
I've bee doing hair 37 years.
Knolage is not truly yours untill you share it wit others.
I'v taught classes in Razor, clipper, hairdressing and long and short hair styling.
I've apprentice 4 people in my long career. these apprentics have go on to open their salons and have had very successful careers.

If we were to meet my first practice is to do a complete evaluation of your health status as it is now. By Using proven assessment protocol I can then design you training program.
So for example: We would get your current total body weight, and then break that down into your body fat ratio compared to your lean body mass, (muscle, bone and water) using a Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA) scale. I don't use the same assessment as a doctor for your weight because they use your Body Weight Index or BMI which describes weight for height. In that way, it would measure your fat, muscle, bone and water weight. We would want to build your muscle mass and reduce fat mass. In other words get you to be lean and mean.
Then we would determine your appropriate training loads. It is imperative we determine correct training loads in both cardiovascular and resistance training. An inappropriate recommendation can lead to excessive training which will undoubtedly lead to over training and inevitable failure to reach your goals.
