About Shae
At Free the Mind, we create fitness programs for individuals of all fitness levels and types of people. From beginners to athletes, we have the education and experience to get you to your next level using our custom mobile app for in person and online training (available on iPhone and Android).

I have always been an athlete and active, but I never saw the results I wanted to until I decided to get serious and get a coach. In 7 weeks, I achieved my goal of getting shredded and adding on a couple pounds of muscle mass. I felt so proud of myself for finally achieving my goal. From there, I decided I wanted to help others feel proud of themselves by achieving their fitness goals.

Clients will be asked to complete a pre-consultation form to help me get to know them better. Then we will have consultation in person where we complete waivers, intake forms, fitness assessments, measurements, photos, and then fitness/nutrition programming.
Seniors, Youth, Athletes, LGBT
Always check that the trainer is certified and insured. Ask the trainer how they work with clients and what phases they intend on taking you through to hit your fitness goals. Your trainer should always have a plan for you both short term and long term that is in line with your goals.
A business partner and I developed and implemented a 3 month corporate wellness program with over 75 employees.
