About Brian
Focusing on movements that we would do in our primitive lifestyles. The goalis to achieve strength that is universal in any activity done. We also focus on the mental and spiritual aspect of fitness. Most of the movements I teach are calisthenics based. I also coach remotely and have a course one udemy to use in conjunction with my remote coaching. I specialize in body weight metabolic conditioning and injury maintenance.

I am very dynamic and create programs that are flexible and tailored to each individual based on their needs and current condition. I can work around many injuries, there is nobody who has too many injuries to work out, there is always something they can do.
