About Steve
My name is Steve and I run SocalFit personal training. I have been in the fitness business for 2.5 decades and it’s my passion to help others improve their quality of life through exercising and building lifelong habits. We offer 1 on 1, small group training and also do someone in home training as well. Let’s take your fitness to that Next Level.
I began doing personal training back in 2001 and never looked back, always had a passion for it.
I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and nutrition from San Diego State university and 22 years of experience and knowledge.

I will sit down with each client and go over their goals & then do a fitness assessment. I'll create an efficient program design for them based on their goals.
I have worked with athletes, high end attorneys, students,business professionals and also cops and firemen.

Steve is patient and his number one priority is to make sure that his trainees exercise in a way that's safe and minimizes the potential for injury. He has many Clients of different ages, body types and sizes. I've lifted weights since I was 21 years old and I always learn something new about fitness from Steve.
As I’ve been prone to injuries recently, Steve has been great at working with me to create workouts that I’m happy with while also pushing me to work harder. Always giving suggestions on things i can also do at home, and has been a tremendous factor regarding maintaining my health and fitness during injuries including meal recommendations. He’s the best! :)

My session rates run between $70-90/ session for 1 on 1 personal training and $90-110 for group training sessions. I also offer home training as well if preferred
