About Donny
Our training method will give athletes the best opportunity to improve performance, play in college, go pro and stay healthy throughout their career. By doing so we help our athletes maximize their earning potential
I played football at the University of Washington and experienced a season ending injury that changed the course of my career. After graduating I started to work with Bellevue Football team from 2008 to 2012 and started my own business. My obsession was to figure what could have been done better to help me avoid the injury and overcome it.
Today my staff and I work with soccer clubs, football athletes and teams, basketball, volleyball, baseball and track athletes. We help all our athletes improve speed, agility, vertical and mental toughness so they perform at their best.
