About Michael
I believe everyone has greatness inside of them waiting to come out. Helping people work past their comfort zone and unleashing their inner strength. My goal is to bring out the best in all of my clients both mentally and physically. Whether it is overall fitness, losing weight, toning or gaining strength and confidence.
Some people would think that the most rewarding thing would be to see the final product when the goals are accomplished. I get most excited watching the persons journey day by day !

I recommend a consulatation so the student and teacher can get a chance to meet and discuss the students fitness goals. This is also a good time to determine if the student and teacher are a good fit to work with each other. I feel that this is the most important first step. Achieving fitness goals is as much mental as physical.
