About Josh
I am currently a trainer at Fit Factory in Foxboro and RPM Athlete Performance in Newton. I will give you an all-encompassing approach to reaching your goals by integrating these changes into your life. Whether it be getting a routine to stay active, fitting better in your clothes, getting stronger, making your basketball team, or dunking your first basketball I am here to help with any and all of your goals.
I want to help this be a sustainable change as well that will set you up for even bigger goals in the future. We will look into all aspects of your life to ensure we make as much progress as possible. This can include your sleep, nutrition, stress, and much more.
I am an NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach with a bachelor of science in applied exercise science from Springfield College. I had a concentration in sports performance and a minor in coaching.
