About Mike
Mike Lee is a local St. Pete resident and Dad to four kids. After letting his own health get out of control, he walked away from his desk job and changed everything about how he lives. Then, he took it a step further and obtained his ACE Personal Training certification, ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification and ACE Nutrition Specialist certification. In 2018, Mike started Fat Daddy Personal Training focusing on fintess bootcamps at Flora Wylie Park on downtown St Petes waterfront and personal training at clients homes (or building gyms).
Mike's focus is teaching other real people how to live a more healthy lifestyle. He has been down the hard road and so he knows how to help others make it too. As person who has not always been health and fitnes oriented, Mike is more able to relate to peoples fears, concerns and struggles related tp health and fitness.
He believes, and recent studies support him, that the benefits of exercise are accentuated by being outdoors surrounded by our beautiful downtown and its waterfront.
Mike loves watching the change in clients. Many of who start intimated or overwelmed by the exercises, then become comfortable then without them even noticing some times excelling and increasing the weight.
Additionally, Mike love's his clients comments anout how much better they feel (ex. increased energy, less pain, better sleep) once they get in a workout routine.

Personal trainer lessons offered by Mike are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in St. Petersburg. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
