About Alex
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that brings 8 years of experience including a B.S. in Exercise Science, and a USA Weightlifting Level 2 Certification. I have trained a diverse range of clients from collegiate sports teams, competitive Powerlifters and Weightlifters, and personal training customers.
I love helping people create goals and watching them put in hard work to achieve them. The physical and mental transformations of my clients are always rewarding to see. Watching them hit their long-term goals and exceeding their own expectations makes it all worth it.

First, I talk to you about your previous experiences and find the purpose for training. Then, we create some short-term and long-term goals that will keep you consistent with your training. From there I find a baseline to start from that we can use to track your progress and achieve your goals.
Everywhere from collegiate sports teams, competitive Powerlifters and Weightlifters, and personal training customers with varying goals.
Ask questions. A trainer should always be able to let you know why you're doing what you're doing. It should always be able to relate back to the goal(s) that was set.
