About Ike
Hi! I’m Ike! NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve played contact sports throughout my life and now participate in flag football and softball along with constant exercising. I can help you reach your fitness goals by providing customized fitness plans designed specifically for your body type and holding you accountable. Your goals will be reached with proper eating, sleeping and fun exercise.
I was a gym-aholic in my early 20’s and I mean seriously! People would start asking me for gym advice regularly and everywhere. I’d get stopped mid workout, at work, shopping, literally everywhere. I would tell my grandma these things and she told me that I should be a personal trainer. I literally never even thought about it before. Since I’ve became one I’ve gotten to experience my using my guidance to help someone reach their goals and it is exhilarating!
