About Vanessa
We are Santa Paula Fitness located at 847 Main Street in downtown Santa Paula! This HUGE 15,000 sq. ft. facility is home to over 130 fitness classes each month, including the BEST spinning, zumba, cardiokickboxing, P90X, toning, step, and abs classes in the 8-0-5.
We also have a private, women’s-only workout area that is air-conditioned for your comfort. The main workout area contains state-of-the-art Matrix and Nautilus free weights and machines.
Owner, Dr. Vanessa White, has her Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Kinesiology with 35 years of experience teaching group fitness and personal training. Dr. White also has a background in Division I sports having played college volleyball, basketball and water polo at the collegiate level.
We can teach 8-year-olds to 80-year-olds and every fitness level is welcome at our facility. We have an exceptional personal training staff ready to help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals. We are bilingual too!

Dr. White has her bachelor's, master's and Ph.D. degrees in Kinesiology as well as an elite sports background in collegiate sports--volleyball, basketball, water polo and swimming.
